Bid Generation​

One of the required inputs when creating scenarios is bid data. The Command Module allows users to load historical bids and generate aggregated bids by clicking "Bid Generation" and selecting the appropriate date. bid generation

RTDOE and RTDOR files for the respective dates should be downloaded first.
